The Duchess of Cambridge, is four days overdue. She should have given birth to her second child over the weekend, but somehow she is past her due date. However, that did not stop her from being up and about. The Duchess was pictured this morning driving away from Buckingham Palace with 5 bodyguards, after taking her first child to the Queen's pool.
Meanwhile, since the beginning of April, some people have been camping outside the hospital she would most likely use to welcome her baby

Our very new decoder developed some fault few weeks back. We took it to DSTV office and they kept posting us, telling us to come the day after....and after...and on and on. We have eventually decided to dash them the decoder, since they obviously are not ready to fix it. DSTV services are really terrible
In a daring and precise operation the Nigerian troops have stormed the Sambisa Forest and rescued about 300 women and girls.
The PRNigeria gathered that at least three major terrorists camps have been destroyed in the well-cordinated attacks that include the destruction of the notorious Tokumbere camp in the Sambisa Forest.
While confirming the operation the Director Defence Information, Major General Chris Olukolade said he could not confirm the identity of the freed victims and their origins and he could not state if any of them was from Chibok until after thorough screening and proper investigations.
“I can only confirm the rescued this afternoon of 200 girls and 93 women in different camps in the forest. We are yet to determine their origin as all the freed persons are now being screened and profiled. Please don’t misquote me on their origin. We will provide more details later.”

Title: "The Issues"
In this part of the world, people are afraid to talk about the issues behind the important issues. Let me give an example; it is easy for parents to warn their sons not get any girl pregnant- they even back it up with threats and all (“I wih disown you!” or “I wih Kih you with my own bare hands!). Or they’ll tell a 14 year old girl something like, “See ehn, Tawa, you are a woman now, if man toush ya hand, na bele you go carry! ” All these sick stuff... But they find it hard to talk about the real issues- sex, in this case. I know we are a culture that believes that certain things aren’t spoken about, and it’s probably good, maybe it helps to keep the morality quotient very high. The problem is... If the “issues” aren’t talked about, there are many people who are more than willing to feed people’s heads with trash, so why not find a way to pass across helpful and healthy information?
Please help me post this, I need opinions. My son is almost two years old and I'm having another baby at the end of this year in the US. My family is in Nigeria and my husband may not be able to come because of work. I will need help with the kids when I travel so we already plan that I will go with my househelp to work as my nanny.
They brought her for me from the village and staying with me is her first time in Lagos. I'm about to get her passport and apply for her visa but I was randomly chatting with my former classmate who's also a good friend two days ago and I mentioned my itinerary to her and how I needed to go to immigration office and get the passport. Later that day she sent me a text and asked if she could go with me instead of my maid. She said she has experience with children and she understands that her role will be as my nanny and not friend.
I really want to say yes as I won't lose anything, I will have to do her passport and visa but I am already planning to do for my maid. But the question is is it really advisable? I asked my husband and he said that the choice is mine. What do you think is wiser and if I have to tell my friend no, how should I say it? Please help me out here, should I just go with my maid whom I know I can give orders when it is necessary or agree to take my friend along?
On the 7th of April, Nollywood actor Yul Edochie took to twitter to tell the world about a gay man who is stalking him. His name is Steven Ugochukwu Nelson Onyebuchi. Now Steven has been sending all types of messages saying Yul is lying and the actor is actually gay. Steven shared some supposed ‘evidence’ on instagram to make his point....It's a whole lot of drama, personally i think the Steven guy is trying too much to prove a point, that's if there is any point in what he is saying at all. In one of his post he wrote,
“We were in a relationship, had issues caused by him. Warned him not to play silly games with me or I use all I v n soil his name. He didn’t know I was recording all our discussions including the ones he called me n the ones I called. He took on Twitter April 8 and accused me of forcing him to be gay, looking for police to get hold of me. All I did that day was to play our love discussion to my peeps. Show them our chat histories. All this came to him as a shock”See what Yul posted initially and Steven's reaction after the cut
In 2013, SaharaReporters reported that the first lady has a multi-billion naira hotel, called Aridolf Resort Wellness Centre & Spa , However it seems not many people considered the report true. Fast forward to 2015 and international news site, Financial Times, is confirming SaharaReporters' report in a new article posted in the 21st of this month. Part of the article reads,
Today, Yenagoa is a sprawling construction site. But the Aridolf, which is owned by Patience Jonathan, wife of the outgoing president, is symptomatic of how superficial progress has been in addressing the festering sense of marginalisation in the region, which remains desperately impoverished despite benefiting from a tide of petrodollars in recent years.See more pics of the massive place after the cut
A blast from suspected improvised explosives, Monday, killed many at Ta’o FM Radio station, located in Kuroko town of Adavi local government area of Kogi state, witnesses have told PREMIUM TIMES.
The radio station, which broadcasts mostly in Ebira language, is known for its radical stance on political analysis of the people of Ebira land.
The blast, according to witnesses, occurred at about 7pm after sporadic gunshots that lasted for about 10 minutes were heard by residents. Medinatu Ajayi, a resident of Kuroko said,
“The attack on Ta’o FM started at about 7PM when we began to hear series of gun shots and everyone began to scamper to safety before the blast went off. After the explosion everything became quiet.
It was later that we heard that four persons within the FM station got killed and several others were injured. I saw many injured people being helped to the hospital by volunteers, most of them were soaked with blood”
