According to SaharaReporters, there are about 5- bags of uncollected PVCs in Delta State. The major problem is that the PVCs seem to be in the wrong hands. Read how they are reporting it below,
Concern is building in Delta State amongst would-be voters who do not yet have their permanent voters cards (PVC).
Rumours have been spreading that PVCs that have yet to be collected are in the hands of party agents and canvassers, who will distribute them on election day.
An On Our Radar reporter in Delta State photographed five bags of PVCs in the hands of party canvassers. One canvasser, who wishes to remain unnamed, confessed that he was "given instruction not to issue cards today, but wait until election day to distribute them."
The information was shared on The Nation Newspaper. What do you think of the money being paid? Too small or too much?...Should they even be paid at all? Afterall they are serving their father land...

Her name is Remi Sonaiya (pictured left), and she is reportedly the first woman to ever qualify as a presidential candidate in Nigeria. She visited Professor Wole Soyinka at his Freedom Park office in Lagos, where she thanked him for his immerse contribution to the growth of Nigeria and presented him with three of her books:
-A Trust to Earn: Reflections on Leadership and Life in Nigeria (2010);
-Igniting Consciousness: Nigeria and Other Riddles (2013);
-Daybreak Nigeria: This Nation Must Rise! (2014).
Who knew she was a writer too? But why didn't she contest well? I bet this woman would have won the women folks over if she put up a very good campaign. What really went wrong? Why were the other 12 candidates VERY silent?

Chris Brown's ex, Karrueche Tran, has shown completely no signs of a heartbreak following the split from her on-off boyfriend of four years.
However, in a newly released preview for her upcoming interview on Oprah Winfrey Network, the 26-year-old is seen breaking down in tears on TV as OWN host and life coach Iyanla Vanzant asks her about the Chris.
The teaser shows Karrueche looking downcast as the interviewer says,
'He betrayed you. He lied to you. He did it all publicly.'
Seems the movie industry is somewhat divided. The English actors for PDP while the Yorubas for APC. See another pic below
